Andrew Gluck, MBAVice President of Development and Performance Improvement

    Andrew (Andy) Gluck is a longtime collaborator with Ginn Group Collaborative LLC, which has pioneered applications for EV-ROI in the health care field. His specialty is creating logic models to describe pathways to outcomes and monetizing those outcomes for EV-ROI analysis.

    Andy is also President of Social Capital Valuations, LLC. For more than 25 years, Andy has been serving public and nonprofit sector funders and their grantees as a senior evaluator and management consultant, designing and implementing program evaluations and performance measurement/management systems. He works with leadership at federal, state, and local agencies, and their grantees, to provide training and technical assistance on all aspects of evaluation and performance measurement, including constructing logic models, defining measures, operationalizing data collection and reporting, synthesizing and analyzing results, and recommending next steps to improve programming and the performance measurement system. Andy has applied these skills to benefit current and past grantees in the areas of diabetes management and prevention, school-based health clinics, safety net health clinics, school-based and community-based violence reduction, mental health first aid, alcohol and drug-abuse prevention, reentry programs for ex-offenders, fatherhood, healthy marriage and relationships, sexual risk avoidance education, youth mentoring, and financial literacy.

    Andy graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature, and he received his Master of Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing Efficiency, from Carnegie Mellon University.
